France Pare-Brise, the no. 2 fitting chain in France, has entered The Automotive Glass Professionals, the close alliance between national automotive glass replacement and repair companies in different European countries.
“We have been carefully looking for an enlargement of our group in France”, explains Pim de Ridder of AutoGlassProfs. “Many customers of our Partners are visiting La Douce France, so it is important to have a nationwide network there as well. Jean-Pierre Poittevin, the founder and president of France Pare-Brise, is pleased with the new international dimension for his group. “Nowadays national borders don’t exist in the automotive aftermarket. France Pare-Brise includes over 273 shops, including 10 in the French overseas areas. Including the new French servicing points AutoGlassProfs gathers about 1.300 shops and 2.400 mobile units.
