Riis Bilglass new Partner in AutoGlassProfs

The Norwegian Riis Bilglass A/S has entered The Automotive Glass Professionals, the close cooperation between national automotive glass replacement and repair companies in different European countries.

“This is our first step in Scandinavia”, says Pim de Ridder, managing director of AutoGlassProfs. “We are very pleased that it’s at once Riis Bilglass from Norway who has entered our consortium. The company has an impressive reputation, is market leader and is the only national group having a nationwide network in this huge country. Frithjof Riis is the 6th generation owner of Riis Bilglass. “Within AutoGlassProfs we found like-minded partners, with similar positions in the national markets and all privately owned. This European co-operation is for our 138 years young company a major step. By doing so we are better prepared for the future of specialists in automotive glass replacement and repair”, he stated.

The Automotive Glass Professionals started two years ago. Because of the entrance of Riis Bilglass the network includes now 825 shops and 2040 mobile units in 10 European countries.
