National Mobile Windscreens has won the prestigious Fleet News Award for the best customer service provider in the fleet industry.
George Douglas and Phil Lomas proudly received the award during a recent gala presentation in London. They listened with pleasure to the verdict of the jury: “National Mobile Windscreens has good old fashioned values and services – its entry was packed full of customer service initiatives. This is a regional company that bases its service offering on outstanding customer service – more than simply platitudes, it delivers on its promises”.
The customer service award follows the National Training Award won in year 2009. “Staff training forms a significant part of our culture and is crucial for our customer services. The two awards symbolise this perfect combination”, says George Douglas, founder of the group. Director & General Manager, Phil Lomas, agrees: “This is what we at National Mobile Windscreens notice in daily practice as well. In more than 2 years we have not lost a major account”.
